I had an opportunity to watch Freddy Sobel a junior‑high quarterback with a golden arm, He’s barely a teenager, but when he drops back and flicks his wrist, the ball comes out like it’s been shot from a cannon — tight spiral, perfect arc, landing right in the hands of a stunned wideout who suddenly realizes he’s part of a highlight reel. The kid has that rare calm too, the kind you don’t teach: eyes downfield, feet light, reading the field like he’s already prepping for Saturdays on national TV. You watch him once and you just know — this isn’t normal talent, this is the early chapter of a future Friday‑night phenom.
